Booking form
Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit of $50 fee is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon collection of the equipment.
2. Identification and Bonds:
- A valid form of identification (ID) along with a refundable bond is required for all rentals.
- For selected packages, a $500 refundable bond and valid ID are mandatory at pickup.
- Individual hire items exceeding a $150 bill require a $200 refundable bond.
3. Rental Period:
- The rental period begins at the time of collection and ends at the agreed-upon return time.
- Late returns may incur additional fees unless previously arranged.
4. Usage and Responsibility:
- The hirer is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.
- Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment will result in charges equivalent to repair or replacement costs.
5. Use Limitation:
- The rented equipment is for the sole use of the hirer and cannot be sub-rented or loaned to others without prior consent.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation by the hirer, the deposit made to secure the booking will not be refunded.
7. Condition of Equipment:
- The equipment will be inspected before and after the rental period to note any pre-existing damages or issues.
- The hirer must report any discrepancies in the equipment's condition immediately upon collection.
8. Legal Compliance:
- The hirer agrees to use the rented equipment in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Insurance:
- The hirer is advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for the rented equipment during the rental period.
10. Hirer Qualifications:
- Hiring is exclusively for photographers/videographers with official websites or active social media accounts.
11. Liability:
- The rental service provider is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the equipment.
12. Termination of Agreement:
- The rental service provider reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms and conditions are violated.
